Responsibilities
- Collaborate with schools to gather relevant data, including student information, bus routes, schedules, and other necessary details.
- Develop and maintain effective data integration processes and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient transfer of information.
- Validate and clean data received from schools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Import and synchronize data into the BusBuddy database and app using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance data integration capabilities and streamline processes.
- Provide training and support to school administrators or designated personnel on data entry and integration procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, data integration best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to address any data-related issues or requirements.
- Maintain documentation of data integration processes, workflows, and configurations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data integration, database management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data manipulation, transformation, and migration techniques.
- Experience working with databases, SQL queries, and data mapping tools.
- Familiarity with API integration and data exchange protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with schools and internal stakeholders.
